Umgeni Projects has been building South Africa’s commercial landscape since 2000. Based in KwaZulu-Natal and operating across the Eastern Cape and Free State, we are a Level 3 B-BBEE rated contractor specialising in commercial and retail construction — with a particular expertise in interior alterations and fitouts.
Our clients include FNB/RMB and Standard Bank, where we routinely deliver complex fit-outs. That takes a different kind of builder — one who plans meticulously, communicates clearly and holds themselves to the highest safety standards under the OHS Act 85/1993 and Construction Regulations 2014.
